Story poles went up recently for a mixed-use project proposed for 6380 Via Real. The project – submitted to the city in August 2023 by RPG Carpinteria, LLC – would have 159 apartments, 6,718 square feet of office space and 2,224 square feet of café/deli, according to city planning documents. It is currently under city review.
